Great location, comfortable room, and friendly staff. the hotel is situated in a very convenient part of town, close to many attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities that we needed. Plus, the staff members were always smiling and willing to help us with our requests.
Terrible wifi connection and language barrier. the wifi was almost unusable, constantly cutting in and out.

The location was excellent, close to the cathedral, railway station, and great restaurants. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and there was a travel agency at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the train station, food markets and great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and professional.
The wifi connection was poor, it kept disconnecting. The breakfast selection was limited and not very appealing.

The location was perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to the railway station and other attractions. There were plenty of great restaurants, convenient stores, and a food street within walking distance. the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, such as a kettle, aircon.
The language barrier was an issue for non-Chinese speakers as the staff didn't speak much English.

Close to railway station, great location, clean rooms, helpful staff. Walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants. Travel agency on-site helped me plan a great trip! Room had comfortable beds and pillows.
